My physiotherapy<\/b> career<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Physiotherapist since 2012, trained in Switzerland, I have worked in various practices in collaboration with doctors, rheumatologists, osteopaths, masseurs and pilates teachers who have taught me a lot and with whom I enjoy working.<\/p>\n

Listening to the patient is essential for me, and I think it’s very important to set goals and move forward together.<\/p>\n

I’m passionate about manual therapy and do a lot of training in this area. But I think it’s essential to complement this kind of therapy with movement, and so I trained in pilates, among other things, whose exercises can be adapted to each individual and can be reproduced at home without too much equipment. But also other varied exercises, adapted to the person, their problem and their possibilities, to complement what has been done during the sessions.<\/p>\n

It’s also essential for me to see the body as a whole, and not just an isolated part. Training in Busquet’s physiological chains method and fascia work techniques are two courses that I took in addition to my basic training, which give me this more global approach.
This approach is particularly useful in cases of chronic pain.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
