Reimbursement
By basic insurance if you have a medical prescription: treatment must be started within 5 weeks of the date of the prescription.

If you do not have a prescription or if you have international insurance, you will be billed directly for the treatment.

Missed appointments
Any appointment not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be billed.

Session duration
A session generally lasts between 25 and 30 minutes, including dressing and undressing.
In the case of complex treatments, the session will last between 40 and 45 minutes.

First treatment
Bring your health insurance card and your physiotherapy voucher if you have one.

Remember to bring your imaging results or any other documents that may be useful if you have them.

In the event of an accident, the name of your accident insurance company, the date of the accident and the claim number are required.
